Return – Change of Products
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement or even a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order for the return to be accepted, the product or products must not have been used and must be accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (Retail Receipt, SY.DE.TA etc). Our company has the right not to accept your return in case it or the products do not meet the above specifications.
To change the product follow the procedure below:
Any change / return of a product that is not the fault of our company, regardless of the reasoning, is charged with the corresponding shipping costs.
We want to clarify that changes are always made to the current price of the product.

Return of a defective product
In order to return a defective product, you must inform our company within 10 days from the receipt of the product and send the order back to us with the COURIER and charge ours. Its replacement will be done as soon as possible and in case there is no product to be replaced you will be refunded the total amount of your order in full.
If the product you sent as defective is not deemed defective, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the shipping costs of the return and deduct it from the refunded amount we owe you.
